Please complete the two-part registration for the conference below. In order to cover the expenses of the conference and provide attendees and participants with a lunch and dinner, we are asking that all who attend contribute a participation fee. We request that Faculty contribute $15 and Graduate Students and Post-Docs contribute $10 toward the costs of the conference. Contributions can be made through the Paypal button below the registration form. If paying the registration fee would prohibit conference attendance, please enquire with the conference organizers about the possibility of a waiver.
